The funny part is the cool Mormons all fled to Mexico and are beefing with the cartels down there.

Hannah Arendt and Aimé Césaire have written about the "boomerang theory" when Foucault was still a graduate student with severe mental problems and zero publications (moreover, it was coined by some Russian Trotskyist during WWII). MF has like one paragraph about this in a lecture course first published in 1997, where he acknowledges the boomerang theory amid constructing a very different one. Maybe you mixed it up with Foucault's Pendulum?

Regardless, it's cool you know it. More people should.

Truly. It's painful to see Americans draw conclusions about the state of Islam in Europe based on reports from fox news and the daily mail

If the Daily Mail is someone's source for anything that's a clear sign all they did was google the story, pick the first source that popped up which confirmed their beliefs and they didn't look any deeper than that.

The Daily Mail is a sh*trag that just barely has more journalistic integrity than the National Enquirer.

It's a great news source if you're interested in what the Kardashians have been up to lately
