They are. I can't decide if I hate bluebottles or flies more. The former make an annoying buzz but they're easy to hit and you can directionalise and zoom in on the sound, whereas most flies are silent and just really annoying. Also smaller, so harder to hit. My worst hate would be wasps though: I seldom even tackle those ****s: I just run. Yes, I'm a girl.

If there's one thing that pisses me off about summer it's everything—the bugs, the constant sweating, the shore traffic, the fact that the heat makes every alley smell a thousand times worse, the never getting a good night's sleep because it too fucking hot, the loud people out in the streets at night. It's just all around awful.

Yeah it's true, just different types of dance music. People with decent taste never do this. You never hear Nickelback from a vehicle in summer.
