I missed that nights storms cos I was asleep, but yesterday the lightning was pretty bad but it was still light.

That kind of weather feels really uncomfortable. Damp, high pressure, no sunlight. Feels kinda claustrophobic if it's bad enough.

There's been a fairly mild version of that kind of weather here today.

Well the heat index isn't over 100 degrees (38 for non-Americans) with 100% humidity so I'll count this as a good day.
