The smoke plume from the fires extends more than 1,000 miles into the Pacific Ocean, which is equivalent to the distance between New York and Miami.

Took the dogs for a pee at 7:30. Could smell it and could only see a few stars on a cloudless night.

Anyone interested in documents about weather modification being used as a weapon?

Probably 3/4 inches on the ground now. Looks like Siberia or something, isn't going to stop snowing all day either.

Kids outside playing in the snow.

Cat won't go out cos it's too cold. Going to kick him out in a bit.

EDIT: Just had a look, more like 9 inches.

Easy mistake to make I guess.

It's because I was looking out of an upstairs window, but when I went outside and looked on the table in the garden, it's definitely about 9 inches.
