Word. We're in a new place that's only three years old. Walls are pretty thick. Occasionally I can hear faint sounds from my bedroom wall but holy moly is the front door thin. It's one of those metal fire doors where you can hear whatever is going on in the hallway and vice versa if you're in front of the door.

I think house is the next step for sensitive ears like me.

Ooof, yeah that would suck. The condo I'm in was built in the 70's. My parents bought one of the newer designs down the street in 1979 (where my brother now resides after they passed), and I knew the builder/owner, Les Brown. He did a few things right with these.

House is a good way to go. Crank the music, tear out a few walls... lol

Shame what's happening in Texas right now. That pussy ass Ted Cruz needs to be sent to the guillotine for that cowardly sh*t he just tried to pull. I know that's a very OH thing to say but holy sh*t if this was like 300 years ago the man would have been straight up state murdered with an audience.

You should have seen what the Mayor of Colorado City said.

At least McConnell is a sociopath with dignity. I feel good about my hate for him. Ted Cruz makes me feel oily just for being aware of him.

It's been above freezing lately around here. This is a nifty time-lapse of the ice breaking up off of Lake Michigan by LSD:

That, sir, is remarkable to watch. The sheer scale of Lake Michigan boggles my mind.

That first chunk that broke off was just a smidge in comparison to the overall size of that behemoth. I was gonna do a small graphic of the size of the chunk in comparison to the size of the lake, but no one wouldn't be able to see it.

Here's a view from the other side. Ludington MI looking towards Manitowac WI:

Some good disc golf out that way.

The state of Maryland, still. There's been snow on the ground for about 3 weeks now.
