Saw that. Love.

The ovation she received. She is the face of hope.

I thought Warren was gonna crush everyone during the first debate but the only one who really got squashed was Beto.

https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/d...gerrymandering

Quote:
In a ruling that amounts to a green light for extreme partisan gerrymandering, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts said in an opinion in two cases Thursday that the court has no role in policing the practice.

The court split on the issue 5-4 on conservative-liberal lines, with Justice Elena Kagan issuing a blistering dissent.

I love how the most common argument against restricting partisan gerrymandering is that redrawing districts is hard.

I grew up in a very racist household in suburban Atlanta and when I first heard of gerrymandering as a kid I was taught that it was the weaponizing of redistricting by the left to actually get some black people into office because and I’m quoting here “n——-s are too lazy to vote”

That’s not really relevant to anything just thought it might be interesting to people and like maybe gerrymandering could also be a weapon of the left.

I’d be all about it if it was used to isolate and disenfranchise the 1%.
