Still better than paying the landlords at full retail. I'm honestly surprised Trump is the one pushing for any kind of help toward tenants rather than the Dems.

It's money on the table. If the Dems won't take it, Trump should. Next, Trump should undercut the Biden/Harris ticket by federally decriminalizing marijuana (or promising to after getting elected).

Could he do that with an executive order? I'm honestly not sure.
