I feel like the severe cases are likely due to an infection or something rather than a hygiene problem necessarily.

People who are always complaining about other people's smells get on my nerves it's very assuming of them

Yeah I am not talking just regular body odor. I mean so nasty that it is smells like fish. Either on her period or some type of yeast infection bad.
