Tough situation

Maybe there’s something to work with there with the leaves

Constructive things to do / positive tasks that burn energy and aren’t too frustrating

Believe me I know that’s not going to solve things but maybe some more things like that could help a little

**** man, good luck

Problem is that he's too unstable to do normal tasks so he can't hold a job right now. He lives with roommates so he needs money. His idea in these situations at his manic level is to hustle. He just chooses to hustle the people he loves. It's a serious problem. He's the baby of the family and my parents treat him like that a lot. He reverts back to that in these states.

sounds exhausting

Hopefully he’ll take his meds and level out

And yeah going to the doctor is hella better than going to the dealer

There’s hope in this story bro

I am not in crisis at the moment but I am finding things difficult again but I don't feel like I can do anything about it.

Everything's going to be alright my friend. Take things slowly, and do what you can in the moment. Just moment by moment. No rush for anything. You've got people that care about you here, and I'm sure where you're at as well. You are loved.

always here to talk if you need to vent, mate. i know things can be tough, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

definitely seek help from a professional if you feel it is getting the best of you.

I'd contact your doctor anyway and at least make him aware of a change in status. Like the others said, we're all here if you need to talk. A lot of us have years worth of experience with this kind of stuff. I think Plank said it best though. Relax. Try to focus on individual smaller things. Take things easy. Hopefully your mind will settle out if you change your surroundings a bit. I don't know how feasible that is, but it always helps me in funks to kind of take a step back, work on a single hobby that I've put aside for other functions, and kind of get myself settled down.
