They gave us those in the detox for booze withdrawals. Then they gave me a script for lithium which i threw away.

It actually depends on the person because bipolar is a very diverse and fickle disorder but I'm sure bullets are the most effective if you take them orally.

They've got me on two different kinds of antidepressants as well as lithium and some other stuff for PTSD symptoms. Bipolar is an umbrella term really, looks different in everyone, and takes different methods of treatment. What is the point of gatekeeping suffering ffs.
