Ive missed classes at school now because of my mental health. I dont think you've fuked up WWWP, it takes strength to know when to ask for help I think. Ive done outpatient programs also, and they helped. Hope the 6 weeks go just how you want them to be.

People are just good at hiding. I really don't know anybody that's self reliant, either.

Thanks guys. I really am ok. It is a sign of progress that rather than landing myself in the hospital again I was proactive and like, planned my breakdown in advance lol. Reached out to family and let them know what's going on. Am petting my dog. Really not doing well with the thought of letting people down at work (clients i mean, fuck a job). I know this is a good thing but i'm afraid.
