I felt totally defeated today. It wasn’t even a bad day. I just suddenly got hit with this feeling that I don’t have it in me to do the things that need to be done. I’m beat.

Recently I’ve been feeling better too / just today I got an attack.

Considering all the cool **** I did when I was younger it’s sad and demoralizing what a loser I’ve become.

I don’t even know how many jobs I’ve failed to get since I quit teaching and getting this hernia it just makes the suckiest suck fest.

Sorry but goddamn

Maybe tomorrow will be a little better

Day 25 no THC. Been smoking CBD heavy still, a little too much I think too but if thats what I do then thats what I do.... CBD safer than drinking a whole bottle of alcohol....
