I know it’s gets old but my anxiety was so bad today it was hard to even get a glass of water. It’s like the same level as an difficult drug experience. And for no discernible reason. It’s such an energy expenditure and thinking about that makes me feel depressed.

I’m feeling a little easier today. I forced myself to do a little deep dive cleaning in my kitchen. I listened to a country music playlist while I worked. Then I took a cold water bath. I got bottles of frozen water that I put in the bath to work like ice cubes. Then after they melted into I poured the icy water on my head. Trying to blast out the fog in my brain or whatever.
