Once again propaganda is not necessarily pro state.

Any tract that is expressly designed to instill you with a given ideology is propaganda.

Congrats on being disingenuous.

uhhh Google gives me this

information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.

Which is pretty much what I said.

It's actually a rather subjective distinction

But the more biased and one sided, the more it serves as propaganda

Clearly you were under the rather naive assumption that propaganda is an inherently negative thing

That's a modern revisionist interpretation

if you want to semantically ignore the middle bit which is the whole point of having a separate word in this case

academically there is a distinction between a persuasive essay, and a propaganda piece

even if you could say every piece of literature is propaganda it's quite obtuse

Defining things such as literature as propaganda is almost as obtuse as thinking that literature doesn't qualify as propaganda.

Drama queen

jwb 09-15-2019 07:36 PM

Not really. I disagree with him on a lot of ****.

jwb 09-15-2019 07:42 PM

That's the one thing I agree with him on. My room is quite dirty.

Good for you

A younger me would've said pick something more practical

But the current me says follow your dreams. The worst you can do is fail which is still better than not trying.

I always wish i had picked something, anything important to me and pursued it early on. Unfortunately none of this **** was important to me and I only excelled at breaking certain rules.
