But Trump is more malleable to oil companies, so you're dooming the environment more by not choosing like 80% death vs the 100%. Trump pulled out of the Paris accords! I'm sure Biden would get the US back on it. Yes, they're nowhere near enough, but you can't pretend both sides are the same, even on this issue!

I mean respectable centrists do have a "listening to Ben Stein talk" effect where they sell capitalism in such a way where your eyes glaze over and you just accept it cause nothing that banal could ever be evil. Someone like Trump is an agent of chaos who might serve capitalism but also stirs up a hornets' nest with his crazy ****.
