You have a problem with your "determiner." 10 Republican Representatives voted for impeachment out of 211 R HR. That is less than 5%. And that sorta reflects how R's voted the last election. There is a WashPo article stating 8% of Rep voted for Biden. How reliable the numbers are in the article idk. So lets say 8% of Reps don't like Trump. 8% isn't "most" in any stretch of the imagination. 70% of Republicans who voted for Trump do not see what transpired in the election as fair. Add an impeachment to an election held in question and you will not get "a sigh of relief."

You could say "most" Never Trumpers and RVAT "would breathe a sigh of relief." No problem. I just think political take on America politics is funny. You know cause you live in Ireland. I don't know if you understand this but Donald Trump is more popular in rural America than Saint Patrick is in Ireland. And that's not a hyperbole.
