since when does a radiation cloud warrant a declaration of war on Russia rather Russia does it or Ukraine does it ..???

Chernobyl happened and nato didnt declare war on russia would this be any different i would really like to see the commitment of some of the Nato nations if that happens

i know for fact France and turkey and maybe even Norway and hungry will try and sit it out lol

i used to work in a shop that used the metal cutting machines or computers now i was pretty dumb back then they are very hard to figure out u gotta be a mathematician to really get the picture of reading and inputting the blueprints they give you into the machine
