russia is mainly a land power and air power they have a hard time being a sea power cus USA has blocked them in on most sides
like he said since day 1 back in the Keivn-Rus days they have always been brutal in terms off if they feel like it surround a city or town and level it to the ground if there are civilians in there o well ...thats just part of the military tactics they prob feel the civilians should of left long ago anyone still in the town is a hostile enemy |

Tell me something Norg, how do you think civilians should have left the towns when the Russians are blocking them from doing so??
