It's easy to tell even for us though - if I go to Pet_Sounds's profile, it doesn't tell me when his last activity was, but it does if I go to the profile of someone who's actually offline.

i leave my computer on with tabs open all the time. so even when it says i'm online, i might not actually be paying any attention to this site. who needs to be invisible when you can just be lazy instead?

I used to laugh really hard when a certain person was on invisible thinking that I wouldn't see them. But technically everyone can see if you're online by visiting your profile and seeing when you were last online.
