Can't say it did it for me either.

Szamár Madár is beautiful, I would like more of this kind of stuff from him, anyone else got any recommendations? Save me searching for hours.

My favorite is probably Rossz csillag alatt született which incorporates some modern classical and is probably his most mature album. Cavalcade of Glee and Dadaist Happy Hardcore Pom Poms is fun, and Huge Chrome Cylinder Box Unfolding is pretty experimental. I need to listen to Songs About My Cats again. He's got so much it's hard to get really familiar with it all. Horsey Noises is a nice little EP.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Rossz and Chocolate Wheelchair are probably my favourite albums of his, Huge Chrome and Songs About My Cats are a bit too harsh for my ears :P

Default Fave Snares

Detrimentalist - total jungle, shows everyone else how it's done, a nearly perfect album.

Rossz csillag alatt született - mixing breakcore with classical, brilliant

My Downfall - soundtrack, similar to the above

Doll Doll Doll - sick mix of breaks and jazz bits

Pink+Green - totally manic EP

Winnipeg Is a Frozen ****hole - most distorted/noisy

Winnipeg is a Frozen ****hole has always stuck out for me, mostly because of 'Die Winnipeg Die Die Die ****ers Die. That tracks is easily one of my favorite tracks, period.

Detrimentalist and Horse & Goat are two of my favorites. Also the split he did with Stuntrock, '**** Canada//**** America' has some solid tracks from both artists.

I have "Detrementalist", "Making Orange Things", "Filth", and Rossz. Of all of his releases his classical breakcore stuff is probably the most overrated (And the fans of both albums are annoying). I was honestly annoyed that "My Downfall" and Rossz are picked up by people who aren't particularly a fans of breakcore, and write off the rest of his stuff as garbage.

Seriously, some of my favorite stuff from Aaron is his super noisy, ear destroying, breakcore work.

EDIT:

Also, check out that bass. Damn!

im about as far from electronic music as anyone can be, but i love venetian snares and ive turned alot of my "raver" friends on to him. anyone that remixes black sabbath into dubstep has to be cool in my opinion. plus his name is aaron FUNK and hes from my homeland of canada. i like his newest stuff the best. especially ultrviolent junglist off of my so-called life.

anyone know other electronic artists like him? i heard of him after mentioned in a mars volta interview, i dont listen to alot of electronic music because its usually repetitive and all sounds the same to me
