everything.

really you're only looking at 2 other albums, and a handful of singles / eps. if you're looking at buying and cash is tight then it depends on what elements you preferred on geogaddi. the earlier stuff on 'music has the right to children' is mellower and more synth based whereas 'the campfire headphase' has more guitar mixed into the tracks.

as for the singles, 'a beautiful place out in the country', 'twoism' and 'hi-scores' are where it's at.

First 2 albums are flawless in every way.

Love these guys! Sherbert Head is probably my fave track by them. Just brilliant use of sound. You can taste the sherbert in your mouth every time you listen to it! :D

Also really love Chinook. Very atmospheric!

The Campfire Headphase trumps them both in my opinion, which is saying something, because MHTRTC and Geogaddi are superb.

Really hard to choose between the albums. I'm not sure if The Campfire Headphase was too well received by some of their fans but I love it. Just recently got round to listening to BOC Maxima which is also a great record. Anyone know what they are up to at the moment? Any plans for a new album any time soon?

They're working on it as we speak and apparently the new album will be released towards the end of the year. But it's been the same story for the last couple of years so don't hold your breath.

All their albums are brilliant works of art but Geogaddi just edges it for me.

Geodaddi is so so so good, but I think BOC Maxima does it for me

The Campfire Headphase is one of my favorite albums ever, I don't care what anyone else says. It's magnificent.

So far these guys have produced some truly breathtaking music. Even if you don't like some of their work, it's hard to criticize them for lack of creativity or originality. I'm really nervous for the next album...the last thing I want is an average album to put a blemish on their work. They can take as much time as they need.

I completely agree with you. I think everyone should listen to it at least once. Slow This Bird Down is probably my favorite track, but the whole album is outstanding. I've always thought of it as a story. Seriously, that album makes me feel things I've never felt before, and its amazing....
