Female circumcision is possible, they do it in many african tribes. Its also pretty nasty (as you can imagine).

Male Jews have to be circumcised. Its part of the religion.

Wandering Jews don't though. They need the foreskin attached so that they can stretch it and use it as a makeshift sleeping bag on those cold, wandering winter nights. If they had it cut off they'd probably lose it.
