Just a reminder before we get all official and democratic about who's up for punishments and whatnot - when someone gets moderated, whatever they got moderated for is most likely deleted by the mod doing the moderatin'. That means that if a member ever does anything banworthy, most other members probably aren't going to know exactly what it is they did. In theory, a member you think has an immaculate post history could have 100 deleted posts where he was a douche. Of course, that's an exaggerated example, but it's likely that the average member won't know about every negative thing other members do.

Leave the guy alone man, he aint half as bad as your all making out. If you truly wanted him banned then it would have been done a long time ago, but actually you find it more entertaining to keep him on the thread and debate about whether he should go or not.
