An MB rehabilitation forum sounds kind of redundant. It also seems as though it would undermine the tools moderators are given to make informed decisions relating to the well being of the website.
The rules of the website are clearly laid out in every forum here, and I don't see why there's debate for compromises to what the moderators have, themselves, laid down as law.
If someone breaks the rules consistently and everyone is seeing drawn out debates regarding what to do about it, we're naturally not going to take definitive authority around here very seriously.

MB justice should be equally distributed based on the rules, not personal opinions of the perpetrators.

Then quit feeding the fire by inadvertently coming to his defense.

So people feel like this issue has hit a head

I think this thread has really convinced me we need a more swift and harsh approach to handling the less requisite contributors of Music Banter.

It's not a chat room, it's a community and as was correctly pointed out to me when I was new and complained about the language filter: This is not a democracy and it's not a free state. The people entrusted to run this place have the say and the fact the community keeps growing under their watch tells me to trust their judgment.

If you get 2 yes's will it be two weeks and so on...?
