Nah, most of my friends are very sarcastic, I'd say I was very sarcastic myself. So I kinda relate it with people my age. Older people I know are more mature, and bluntly say things instead of being sarcastic about it
 but then again thats just people I know!

I want to change the question to how old people see you as? I have constantly been referred to or guessed at 18-19 years old. Today I wore a tutu-like skirt and pearls which most likely reduced my age perception. The woman driving the bus that I got on gave me a child ticket (18 and below). She didn't even ask ID! Like 5 minutes before that I was at the pharmacy getting my repeats and the pharmacist said I looked 19 and I told her that sometimes I get given child bus tickets. Now that isn't very often, but it was seriously a coincidence that it happened right after that discussion.

People generally overestimate me aka 21 or so when I'm 19. The secret is facial hair I guess.
