Can Women Be Funny?

yeah I agree with this but then again, I watched the Women of SNL special they had on about a month ago. I saved that bish to my DVR and won't ever delete it. Some of the most hilarious skits/clips came from SNL women.

I love Tina Fey on SNL. She's funny.

Yes, woman can be funny. I had some incredibly great laughs with my girlfriends so, yes. It's a different kind of funny. Not the ha-ha kind, but funny nevertheless. Why wouldn't they be funny?

I think girls can be funny, but that more guys have the gift of comedic genius than girls do, especially in terms of stand up.

I think there's a greater percentage of men who think they're funny when actually they aren't.

Probably. Even so, i think there's a lot more funnier men than women.

It's a different sense of humor. More guys have that kind of humor where you buckle over laughing or laugh pretty heartily for awhile. Girls have that humor that kinda makes you chuckle and move on to something else.

I know lots of hilarious women, as well as men. It's just not a career path that a lot of women take, but being a stand-up comedian isn't a realistic gauge of humour.
