Stylistically, it was the most intriguing. It opened on a strong sentence, and it was descriptive without being overwrought. I felt like the person who wrote it was a reader of the kinds of novels I really enjoy.

Yeah I found The Man in the Garden Swing to be the most coherent. It was well written, fully realised, and absorbing. Honorable mention to The Patient. I liked the general mood and the twist. It just felt a little under-developed. I also liked Fear of Flying but I felt there were too many coincidences to suspend my disbelief. Maybe if the encounter with the ex was a fantasy sequence? I felt otherwise it was a little too convenient.

Oooooh these are all so good! I'm impressed! I know which one I wrote (noone's guessed it yet) and I'm trying to figure out who wrote the others...

don't expect any much more than that. The voter turnout isn't usually high. There may end up only be 8 total votes.

I'm abstaining from voting because I wrote one of the pieces. I wish we had've kept all the authors a secret until the very end though. I'm looking at you, wolvey!

I'm curious who wrote the other three stories. Well two since I know which one I wrote.

Yeah I think Satchmo attempted to do one also but never posted the results. He just collected the different works.
