From a musical standpoint, not all that crazy about his material. "With You" was an "Irreplaceable" soundalike. His duet with Jordin Sparks ("No Air") is pleasant-enough pop, but nothing special about him.

He's no Michael Jackson (well, musically and entertainment-wise; obviously he's a little messed up, too).
