Saw Flogging Molly in K.C. on Sunday night. Great show, terrible sound. All you could hear was distorted, overloaded bass.

The mosh pit was amazing and the performance was spot on, as usual.

Pity about the sound. Kind of the opposite of their albums, which are stuffed with distorted, overloaded midrange . I love FM though.

I have mentioned a few times regarding the festivals i may be going to in the summer months and now confirmed

Catching these from June - August (not including bands on festival lists that I won't bother watching):

Iron Maiden
Alice Cooper
Cavalera Conspiracy
Death Angel
Morbid Angel
Napalm Death (nearly 20 years since I last saw them- not quite the same band I bet)
Angel Witch

Which festivals you off to then? Is Hellfest one of them?

Also, twenty years ago I wassix so I have no idea whther Napalm Death stack up in comparison to what they used to be like, they probably dont. However I loved them when I saw them.

I heard Chiodos were supposed to be coming through here soon. So I may try to check that out.
