Word is Goatwhore is playing a free show at the Slidebar in Fullerton very soon. They haven't announced the date yet I just know via a friend of a friend whos in the know. Also the can food drive is coming up. Basically donate five cans of food and get a free show. 45 Grave, Agent Orange, DI w/ Agression, lots of great shows for some dusty cans in your pantry. Its a great cause for those in this immediate area.

I went to see Zechs Marquise on saturday at a little bar round the corner from where I live. Their drummer is in the Mars Volta, who I've never listened to, but I thought I'd check it out anyway. They were described as space-funk, and it was one of the best things I've ever seen in my life.

Going to see MC Lars and IFightDragons in two weeks with a new friend. I actually just got back from a show he and his folk band did and it was great. I see a good friendship spawn out of this.

I'm going to go and see SubTrees live on Kick in Kristiansand, Norway on the 30th of November!! They're an electrock band, and they're releasing a new album the week before the concert, so I'm really excited. They're publishing their first song from the album(called Backyard) on the 5th of November, so on Monday! It's called End My Time.
