Different seating area, some merch and a parking pass. I feel like there was some more but I can't remember. Anyways because of the type of concert it is with the performing over people thing. It's better to have just a general pass and be down there than it is to be in the VIP section. I will probably end up migrating down after awhile.

Edit: just double checked and most of the VIP is just early entry and "crowd" free merch shopping before the general doors and access to the VIP pre-show lounge

I bought and scalped two Kanye tickets in 2014 so that I could afford to go see The Magic Band and the drugs to make it an even better experience.

I'm buying the $150 ticket so I know I'll be moshing beneath Kanye. It's also inclusive to short people because they won't have to try and look over someone taller, they can just look up and see Kanye. Pretty genius shit.

That would kill my concert experience, I've met a lot of short people who usually want the show described to them afterwards and about 15% of them are worth talking to and/or bangable. Kanye's concept takes away half of my experience.
