I just recently found out that P.O.S., Dessa Darling, and Grieves are going to be performing in Reno during the month of February. I think I might make an effort to get to see them. Dessa has a new album due in January so if it kicks ass then it'll definitely help me muster up the energy to actually give a damn.

I'm seeing Between the Buried and Me with The Devin Townsend Project, Scale the Summit, and A Plea For Purging next month. It's going to rule.

Devin is playing in San Francisco in mid January and I'm contemplating going. It'll be my first time seeing him in 3 years since he last toured with Strapping Young Lad.

I realize it's not what was asked of the thread exactly but I saw the Enemy this month in Birmingham and was amazed at what a good live band they are.

Yeah, it's really nice having a quality metal fest in the States, especially so close to where I live. For the longest time all the good ones seemed to be in Europe exclusively, haha.
