Jimmy Page, if you like him why not listen to the guitarist that influence him like Hank Marvin, Cliff Gallup, and Les Paul.
McLaughlin also played with Miles Davis and is partially responsible for the immortal Bitches Brew. the first three or so Mahavishnu Orchestra albums were damn good too. the last thirty-five years are pretty garbage though.
