Okkervil River by the entire span of the Earth. Kid Rock sucks horrendously, and Okkervil River are one of my favorite bands.

I liked Kid Rock when I was 12 so he gets the edge for nostalgia reasons.

But if I were to judge them back to back, not that I want to, I'm sure I would determine that Devil is by far the superior album.
