I need more suggestions guys. I'm going to make this one up but help me out here. The formatting alone sucks it. Today I'm going to put up two albums that exploded then died on the doorstep of the sophomore album.

arctic monkeys suck. vampire weekend is a fun little album with a few very good tunes.

I'll go with Vampire Weekend, even though I really didn't care for their second album, their debut was still stronger than Arctic Monkeys'

Favourite Worst Nightmare is excellent, almost as good as the debut. Vampire Weekend was fine but only a few songs were really "me". And their second album truly did suck.

The match up between Melvins and Neurosis, along with a previous one between Monster Magnet and Clutch were finished when they were both still tied! I think these match-ups should continue until there is a definite winner, as the 24 hour turnover in these cases was just too quick.

Maybe they could be revived and continued, given that Big 3 runs album wars maybe he could do this.
