The best all-woman band of the early 90s win, despite april08's vote being scratched from the record due to them not knowing who Gang of Four are.

New battle!

Pavement - Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain (1994)

vs.

Guided By Voices - Bee Thousand(1994)

I feel like both of these bands have been done before. Bah...I'll still go with Pavement though.

Pavement - 1
GBV - 1

Pavement - 2
Guided by Voices - 1

Only tried Bee Thousand once and didn't take to it - though I intend to try again eventually - and Crooked Rain is my favorite Pavement album.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Pavement 3
Bee Thousand 2

Crooked Rain is an all time favourite, I've always liked Bee Thousand but recently Bee Thousand is vastly becoming one of my favourite albums. So I'll give Bee Thousand the vote, even though Crooked Rain probably deserves it. Meh.

@Duga, they probably have but not while I've been here and I've said 2 or 3 times I have no nominations so I'd make one up. So...

Oops, I used the code from the last battle and edited it. Forgot to edit the years, surprised I didn't spot it - I'll change it now.
