Yeah I just got it. Haven't been able to listen to the whole album yet though, but it's good so far.

Lolly!BurnedDownTheDisco 04-07-2006 02:30 PM

Last cd I bought would be... a very long time ago. I've been broke for such a long time I've just been a pikey and borrowed and copied everyone elses. It was probably My Ruin - Ruined 'n' Recalled which is actually two early albums.
They both kicked bum.

cardboard adolescent 04-10-2006 12:05 PM

I finally got around to buying Brian Eno - Another Green World.

Not really what I was expecting, but in a good way. I love it so far.

Massive Attack - Mezzanine. Reading Urban's top 100 list, remembered i listened to Angel and Teardrop years ago, and his review inspired me to buy it. Great album, thanks Urban!

I think that was the last one I bought too!!!

Recently though, I got myself a good deal on a downloading site.I managed to find all of the songs off of Rob Zombie's new album Educated Horses, so that's one of the newer one's, but not the "latest bought", ya see?

Nerina Pallot - Fires

After buying other album, Dear Frustrated Super Star, I heard this one was good as well. I must say, some of the songs on here are too poppy for my taste, but Sophia, Nickindia and Mr King were not disappointing. I just wish I could go and see her when she plays live.

Extremely interesting album. I've only listened to it once as the Tool album has taken center stage now but they're pretty clever, so much is happening in each song.

Yeah, 10,000 days is up front and center for me at the moment as well. I showed up to school this morning with it in my CD player and made my friends (those who are Tool fanatics, anyway) jealous as hell. God it's good.

But yeah, those Thinkin' fellers are pretty clever... I wish they would put out a new album so I could obsess over it and see them at a show or something.

Scarlett O'Hara 04-19-2006 11:10 PM

Midnight Oil - Blue Sky Mining

Classic album, really up my alley.
