The first EP is awesome, but I have never heard (of) the split. I'm a big Dillinger fan, so I should probably get on that immediately.

a pretty awesome free mixtape that team teamwork put out a little bit ago, it features some of the illest hip hop remixes that i've ever heard. the beats are based around 8 bit nintendo and sega genesis game soundtracks.

some examples:

Eh, it was alright. I guess I was expecting more out of it. Wasn't bad though, and holy crap did the producers put a lot of work into matching the songs up.

Pete and the Pirates - One Thousand Pictures (2011)

Cute little indie rock album that feels very much like the Arctic Monkey's debut.

Darkspace - Darkspace III
Awesome black metal/ambient music. Makes me feel like I'm floating through the cosmos.

are you enjoying this one? i thought it was pretty fun.

my latest acquisition. love the track White Leather Pants. it gets a little funky at the end with the "chika-boom chika-boom", but that's ok

Lisa Papineau - Red Trees

Animal Collective's "Merriweather Post Pavillion." Experimental, ambient, progressive, sometimes even funky... this album has a lot going for it. And yet, I'm not really into it. Maybe I just need to listen to it more.

Finally, finally, finally bought this. Saw it on sale earlier today at my local used book store, practically squeeled with glee.
