I liked the album, but I think there needed to be more Black Thought. This album, in my opinion, needed a constant voice to carry the concept. And Black Thought kills almost anyone.

no. "The Bleeding" is the best album they did.

Though really, I like Cannibal Corpse as my gateway Death Metal band, but once a person looks deeper into the style, should realise there were tons of bands who put out much better stuff.

Barren Earth - The Devil's Resolve (2012)

I enjoyed their 2010 debut album Curse of the Red River so I have high hopes for this one.
