LINTON KWESI JOHNSON and KING TUBBY? You are now my favourite poster! BASS CULTURE by LKJ is a stellar album.

studio - yearbook 1

really cool 80's influenced stuff. read a review that said "like CAN doing a happy mondays cover album or the cure backed by fela kuti's band" and its actualy a really good description. hypnotic, yet poppy. good ****!!

I got Remember that I Love You by Kimya Dawson. Fifty percent of the Juno soundtrack was her music, so I wanted to get more. It's a mediocre album (I'd give it a 3 out of 5) and the soundtrack kinda works like a greatest hits for her; it's all of the best songs from her solo work and her two bands.
