Nice, I haven't heard that one but I'll check it out. Have you heard the remastered version of Disintegration Loops? It has six other tracks of the same experiment on them and it's pretty great.

John Mayer - Room for Squares (2001)

I got this because it was on one of those must-listen-to-albums-before-you-die lists. Really different from the stuff I normally listen to. (I'm quite dubious of that list now...)

Ben Howard - Every Kingdom

Some great songs on here from a fantastic up and coming folk singer/songwriter. I heard he just put out another album so I'll get right on that too.

Last album I actually sat down and listened to was The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Edition, and it is amazing.

The Saddest Landscape - All Is Apologized For. All Is Forgiven

One of my favorite real screamo bands. The vocals are extremely emotional and that is what is most important for me when it comes to this genre. I still have yet to explore much of their discography as I'm hooked on this album. The track "The Temptation That Is You" in particular is just emotionally devastating and all I can listen to at times.

I think I'll use this for background music in the D&D session I'm hosting this Sunday.

Junip - Rope & Summit (2010)

Finally got around to listening to this nice little EP. Not sure how zen it is though.

Julianna Barwick - Rosabi (2014)

Another sweet EP. I just floated away on her ethereal music.

that's the 2012 reissue right? I haven't heard it I don't think, or atleast haven't heard the extra tracks. one of the local record shops has the whole set on vinyl. its like $400 but I feel like if I ever get financially successful that would be a cool buy. even if it might not be the best "record playing material".
