Same here. I just need to get past how ugly the album cover is.

alan - Voice of the EARTH

I feel sorry for people who have never heard alan's amaaazing singing. Her signature is the Tibetan wail (she's from Tibet).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7iCRVLtZlM - 5 Star rating / 200,000 Views - Alan's Tibetan wail. Watch ALL THE WAY THROUGH.

Deerhunter - Microcastle

- I liked it. Nothing spectacular, just indie with a few interesting twists here and there. Another decent band that suffers from Pitchfork Syndrome

...And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead - Madonna

- It wasn't bad, but I couldn't get over the dude's voice.

Great Scottish post/prog rock. Very underrated, the only other person I've seen around here into them is jackhammer.

They're on my list. I have the song Indiscretion and it's mighty.

been getting more interested in hip hop groups from the Pacific Northwest (where I'm originally from). Awesome EP, makes me wish i paid more attention when I lived closer and could've actually seen some of these acts
