I bought the new gorillaz CD "Deomon Days"
Its ok theres some good songs but theres alot of slow or pointless songs.
But overall i would recomend this cd for people who like both rap and
slow rock

Man, I just got Lodger by David Bowie a week ago. His stuff with Brian Eno kicks ass!

holdyoualways 07-25-2005 12:02 PM

im just gonna go with the latest cd i downloaded.

the all american rejects-move along. it was alright. i only liked 4 songs. still has the same "that girl dumped me and now im crying on the phone and writing a million songs about her even though this event happened eons ago" theme which isnt surprising.

tdoc210 07-25-2005 06:11 PM

_Spinning_ 08-03-2005 08:39 AM

As disappointed as I am to admit that I brought this over several others - Hawthorne Heights - The Silence In Black and White

tdoc210 08-03-2005 09:28 AM

^one question why?

_Spinning_ 08-03-2005 09:30 AM

A friend in the states told me Hawthorne Heights were the next big thing . . . and I spotted it while I was out last week, so I picked it up . . . and now regret it . . . while there are 2 good songs . . . it wasn't worth my money

*shoots self*

Metal_maniaC 08-04-2005 12:37 AM

Chimaira - Impossiblity of Reason

and

Trivium - Ascendancy

I bought some new music for the first time in months.

I got.......

Raveonettes - Pretty In Black
Hawkwind - Space Ritual

and I still have to come .....

Xiu Xiu - Fabulous Muscles
The Orange Peels - Circling the Sun

And I might get the new Supergrass & Gomez albums at the weekend if I can tare myself away from my new 28" plasma screen TV ;)

.angie. 08-04-2005 11:57 AM

OH! The Raveonettes are amazing, I like them a lot.

Move Along-- The All-American Rejects. I got that like, twenty minutes ago and I love it.

Merkaba 08-04-2005 03:13 PM

Seether Karma and Effect

PopIsDead 08-04-2005 09:18 PM

The most recent cds I bought were: Doolittle by Pixies, Dirty by Sonic Youth, and Pork Soda by Primus. I bought them all at the same time. They're all really freakishly awesome cds, except that Doolittle is a bit too short for my tastes. Oh well, what is one to do about that?

2100 08-04-2005 10:05 PM

I went out on a shopping spree and bought the whole collection of Guns 'N Roses, Slipknot and Cradle of Filth's new album.

I bet that was expensive?

deespot 08-06-2005 05:37 PM

well, The Killers are my latest..I am son to buuy, new Foofighters and Anna Nalick...every payday I intend to go to the record store but the $ seems to get spent on more "important" items....ya know food, lights, etc....ha

hawk 08-07-2005 03:35 AM

my latest was prob. Edward the Great, by Iron Maiden, but I bought that the same time as Rotten Apples, by The Smashing Pumpkins.

I'd never buy a whole collection like that, my first Gunners CD I bought about three years ago, then just pick one up every now and then.

_Spinning_ 08-07-2005 05:37 PM

If I had the money and the time to look, I'd buy a whole collection. Especially if it was Guns 'n' Roses.

high_Riot 08-09-2005 08:24 AM

Emperor - In the Nightside Eclpise

It's pretty good, I haven't listened to it much though

FunkyFish 08-09-2005 08:27 AM

I just bought Tony Iommi - Fused. Quite impressed actually
