Absolutely blew me away, some of the best Death Metal I've heard in a while.

Major Organ and the Adding Machine

- See above, very weird, very fun album

Medusa Cyclone - Mr. Devil

Elvenefris is a great album and a nice spin on DM. I facetiously call it nature metal - I bet Captain Planet would listen to it.

Slightly spazzy deathcore. Damn good.

Post Rock mathy with hints of electronica.

Not to be confused with the Scottish Indie band with the same name. This is superb sort of atmospheric Hardcore is about the best description with even hints of shoegaze.

Awful cover but damn this is great groovy Hip Hop.

Soundgarden-Superunknown

definately some standout tracks, Black hole Sun, obviously, Spoonman, Day I Tried to Live, Like Suicide etc, but some of it seemed a little half-assed to me

Richard Swift - The Atlantic Ocean

Pinback - Blue Screen Life
Favourite Pinback album I've heard to date. Standout tracks - Penelope, Offline PK and Concrete Seconds.

Great Lake Swimmers - Lost Channels
Not as good as Oniagra, but its growing on me. Standout tracks - The Chorus and the Underground, Pulling on the Line.

I don't care what you think. If i'm going to listen to something bad it may as well be spectacularly bad that's also fun rather than some bland po-faced indie band that take themselves far too seriously.

To tell you the truth, it's the album title that made me curious.
