Just another po faced indie band that takes themselves far to seriously. I love it.

Favourite Pinback album I've heard to date. Standout tracks - Penelope, Offline PK and Concrete Seconds.

I really like all of their releases. :thumb: Nautical Antiques is worth checking out too.

Let's see today I downloaded Medications' EP. It's really good and indeed better than their full length Your Favorite People All in One Place. The vocals are more subtle and it makes a big difference. Faraquet fans, hope you know about these guys.

I also got the new Diamond Watch Wrists album Ice Capped At Both Ends in the mail yesterday and played it for the first time earlier today. This is Guillermo Scott Herren aka Prefuse 73) with Zach Hill from many bands including Hella, The Ladies (with Rob Crow of Pinback), Team Sleep, Goon Moon, and many other projects. Honestly I was a bit underwhelmed, but at the same time it was about what I was expecting.

I just got a bunch of Stereolab bootlegs only to discover not one of them has a track listing :(

Stereolab are one of those bands I just throw on an album & listen to it without paying attention to the name of the songs. This is going to take ages to sort though :(

Use the times, indexed by the source's tracklisting...you might already know that...I've had to do a lot of that recently.

Yeah that'll be a start , but being live recordings most of the time the times are way off what they are for studio recordings.

zneergz 05-02-2009 03:06 PM

what's the source?

...and Thin Lizzy's Greatest Hits for a fiver. :/

Downloaded the first part of Black Sabbath (vol1) need volume 2.

This guy's blog. He didn't put the tracklisting up there either. I know they're not stolen links because he recorded a couple of them himself.
