Gong - 2032 (2009)

Forty years on and Gong are back after a long hiatus with a hot diggity vengeance, proving that they still mix humor, awesome melodies and psychedelia better than anyone. On this 40th anniversary release, however, they've upped their game even more by bringing funk and trip-hop into their weave...and my mind is fucking blown.

Holy shit, Gong is still around? I'm gonna have to check that one out.

Just downloaded the Small Black EP. They are most definitely on the rise, I'm just counting down the minutes till they explode.
