The world would be a better place if everyone and their grandmother knew and loved the Minutemen.

But they don't, and it's not. Anyway, there's something satisfying about finding good music that not many people know of. Nobody deny this, you all know it's true!

I agree. Though i enjoy finding upcoming bands early more. Its always fun to say you knew about them before most other people.

And if I'm lucky I could end up with original copies of Sleep's Jerusalem for $10, Captain Beefheart's Trout Mask for $2-3 and his Spotlight Kid album for another couple of dollars
