Be'lakor - Stone's Reach (2009)

Some really nice acoustic pieces here behind a very solid melodic death metal sound that doesn't rip off the style of the Gothenburg scene of the mid '90's.

How can you be reluctant to get into the Pumpkins? Especially that album.

Compilation album of Shonen Knife covers with Redd Kross, Sonic Youth, L7 & a bunch of late 80s / early 90s indie bands you've never heard of.

Talib Kweli - The Beautiful Struggle

When I first listened to this, I must not have been in the mood for rap because I found myself a bit underwhelmed. I was disappointed since Talib Kweli is always spoken about so highly. I randomly threw this on again today, and damn. What an album.

Bibio - Vignetting The Compost (2009)

Blond - The Lilac Years (1969)

Swedish psych/pop band. Formed by members of the great and underappreciated/unknown Swedish 60s psych/pop band Tages after they broke up.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
