Doggystyle best Hip Hop album of the 90s.

How broadly do you define "popular music"?

Eminem is like a top 10-15 spitter.

Discography is average at best, and production is bad on most albums. Relies too much on shock tactics and silly humour. But as a spitter, he is elite.

He is very skilled, but not really someone I want to listen to.

Great rapper crap music basically.

So I'm assuming you're saying Post-punk revival is what elevates that decade over the 90s in that regard

TOTBL is a very front-loaded album imo. I really like a few of the first tracks but I tend to lose my patience with it around the halfway point every time I re-visit it.

I dig that bass groove on "The New".
