Unpopular Music Opinions

I listen to stuff that's probably a musical cheese sandwhich constantly, but the Beatles are not really on my musical radar. Alright music if I've got nothing else at hand but I've always got something else at hand. Didn't grow up with them, because I'm a child of the 80's and my parents listened to different music. Queen, Tina Turner and Cyndi Lauper will stir childhood memories for me, not the Beatles. And they don't really have anything else to offer me in the absence of nostalgia.

This is unpopular going by the amount of times I've been people slag it off and say it's a horribly overrated song but Purple Rain deserves all the praise it gets. Fantastic song.

The Frankie goes to Hollywood cover of Born to run is better than the original.

Nah. "Purple Rain" is the shit. Gives me chills and tears sting my eyes every time I hear it start.

I was a little bummed about it but it didnt make me like any of his songs more. Cant really say ive heard a prince song i like enough to replay.

Honestly just his hits. Never really explored his music beyond that. If you know any other of his good ones feel free to recommend them. I'll give em a listen.
